You have two options for booking a transfer with TaxiMatcher. Use our booking form on this website or contact us by phone. Our team is available day and night via our hotline.

No, you pay the driver at the start of your trip. You then have the choice to pay in cash or by credit card.

If you’ve booked an airport transfer to collect you after your flight, your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with your name sign. If you are traveling to the airport, the driver will wait in your hotel reception. Or, you can make special arrangements when booking.

Our drivers are extremely reliable and punctual. If something occurs, or if you cannot find your driver, please contact us immediately. Our team will find a suitable solution for you as soon as possible.

Questions About Airport Transport

A waiting time of 45 minutes is included in the price, so you don’t have to worry if your flight is delayed. You will find more information about your collection in your confirmation email.
o Up to 45 minutes delay: your driver will be waiting for you.
o 45 minutes – 3 hours delay: we will arrange another driver to pick you up.
o 3 hours or more delay: call us so we can rebook your transfer.

Our Meet & Greet service means that if you provide your flight number when booking your airport taxi, it will allow us to track your flight and adjust your pick-up to your actual arrival time. Once your flight has landed, your driver will wait 45 minutes. This gives you plenty of time to go through security, collect your luggage and make your way to the pick-up location to meet your driver.

Our prices include all taxes, fees, gratuities and tolls. If you book an airport pick up, prices also include Meet & Greet as standard, meaning we track your flight and wait 45 minutes from the time your flight arrives. If you book a return taxi to the airport – or any other pick-up outside the airport – your driver will wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time.

You pay for your airport taxi when you complete your reservation online. This means that everything is confirmed and arranged in advance, so you don’t have to worry about unpleasant surprises or having cash with you when you arrive. We currently accept Visa, American Express and Mastercard, as well as most major debit cards. We also accept payments via PayPal.

Yes. With most partners, your booking can always be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
